Basic Muscle Building and Fitness tips:







I am going to share some fitness workout tips for you all. Follow these rules for the best results.
*All macronutrients should be measured according to body weights and ultimate goal.

*Protein is “MUST” for muscle gain and prevention of muscle loss as well.

*Healthy fats are essential for increased energy level and hormonal balance.

*Good Carbohydrates are essential for fat loss.

*A proper workout routine of minimum 8 to maximum 12 weeks required to reach the desired goal.

*Weight training should be kept heavy and cardio is also required for and ideal fat loss cycle.

*Progress should be monitored and checked on a weekly or monthly basis at least. If there is an error, the fast adjustment will be the main key to resolving those errors.

*Enough rest and recovery time is “MUST”. Minimum 7 to maximum 9 hours of sleep is compulsory.

*Keep your body hydrated. Drink enough water. At least 2-3 liters/Day.

*Cheat day for cheat meal is necessary. But once in a week. Wait!!! Once in a week doesn’t mean that you’re going to eat all your favorite cheat foods for a whole day. Take all of your cheat foods in ONE MEAL or TWO (but not after the evening), I repeat, one/two cheat meal/s and once in a week. One cheat meal is ideal actually.

*Be consistent. Because consistency is the best friend.

* Over training is the biggest enemy. Working out 6 or 7 days in a week without any rest is the act of stupidity. So don’t be a stupid and try to hit gym 4 to 5 days in a week and finish your workout within an hour or maximum 1 hour 30 minutes but don’t do it for 2-3 hours!!! To avoid stupid music and sounds, Keep your own music player and headphone ON.
